Very friendly host, exceptionally spacious and comfortable with essentials, milk, bread, butter, tea etc. provided. Soft carpets, attractive crockery, well equipped kitchen and an extremely quiet location. Relatively close to attractions and restaurants.
There is no door or curtain between the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom, for more privacy one must walk through the lounge to the toilet in the lobby, which has no frosted glass but does have curtains that are difficult to close. However, this is a minor issue. Access to much of North Norfolk requires driving into or through Dereham.

The welcome from the host Elsa was amazing, so friendly and helpful. The property has everything you need for a break, lots of local information, fully equipped kitchen. Lounge dining area and a lovely double bedroom Rooms are huge, clean and comfortable. One of best stays we’ve had. Plus host has just opened a second smaller cottage for booking on the site so if there’s a group of you, you could book both.
