Georgetown Seaview Duplex 2BR for 6 Guests at Maritime Suites 073A

La vue est incroyable, c'est calme mais avec tout a proximité et proche des lieux dinteret et pour grab. La piscine vue mer est tres agréable, le check-in et check-out en autonomie était facile et clair. L'appartement avait le nécessaire pour 3 personnes et était confortable. L'appartement est tres bien pour deux/ trois nuits, peut-être pas pour des séjours plus long, et la vue compense largement le reste.

Les parties communes sont mal entretenue et vieillissante, l'appartement était propre en globalité mais sentais l'humidité et avait quelques traces d'humidité dans les pièces d'eau. La télé ne fonctionnait pas correctement.

1.รายละเอียดของ Booking กับที่พักต้องตรงกันและ Update ยิ่งเป็น Condo, Apartment Service มีหลายห้อง หลายอาคาร ชื่อห้องพักกับล็อคเกอร์ในการรับกุญแจตรงตรงกัน 2.ที่พักต้องมีคู่มือ ขั้นตอน หรือรูปภาพที่ชัดเจน หากให้ลูกค้าไปรับกุญแจ ให้นึกถึงคนที่ไม่เคยไป ไปตามคู่มือแล้วจะเข้าใจ เช่น อาคารอะไร เข้ารับกุญแจที่ล็อคเกอร์ตรงไหน สังเกตและไปได้ยังไง เมื่อถึงจุดรับแล้วให้รับตรงไหน จุดใดหมายเลขใด 3. กลิ่นทุเรียน ภายในถังขยะและตู้เย็น 4.วิธีการใช้ของใช้ภายในห้อง เช่น เตาไฟฟ้า, ทีวี 5.การทำความสะอาด ห้องสะอาดดี อยากให้เพิ่มรายละเอียดความใส่ใจเช่น ฝุ่นที่หัวเตียง ผมเป็นภูมิแพ้อากาศ มาพักผ่อนควรได้รับการพักผ่อน ไม่ใช้เจ็บป่วยจากฝุ่น

It is like what the picture describe, spacious and clean. The sea view oversee Butterworth is very nice. The location is quite nice also as it is close to many nice eatery in Georgetown, and convenient to go many places.

On Friday night there is some minor noise from the karaoke downstairs during night time. But overall didn’t affect our sleep. And on other days was ok.

The unit is nice for its view. It feels like you are Busan.

- The TV streaming channel is not working at all even tho the facility description mentioned there's Netflix. When asked the staff, he said need to pay extra money for it. But we just want to login using our own login but are unsuccessful . Instead the staff advice us to just watch YouTube - Not sure if the big class window facing the view has tinted or not but if you are staying in the living hall it can be quite warm as the AC just directed to 1 area. - iron board needs to change as there's no padding. - they don't have standby staff at the unit in case you need something at odd hours. When we have issues with the TV we were told the staff went back to rest. - the check in direction was not detailed that we lost our way to find our way. Should have prepared a clear direction to the customer to ease the process. - appreciate the management to visit the unit and make necessary changes based on the highlighted issues instead just send the cleaner staff who may not fully understand.
