The view from the 30 floor and the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other side are worth waking up to and sleeping every night to.

The places are absolutely fantastic and the views are so wonderful. It's so cozy and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and great at dealing with my situation. The gym and pools are very clean and well maintained as well. Worth repeating it again.
For a reminder that on the weekend, elevators are super packed and it causes you to wait more than 15 minutes so do plan it when you want to check out.

It was a new apartment, so most of the tools, utensils and things given is new. Aircon, electricity and every other service has no problem.
Location is good because it's near to the town, but considering walking distance to buy daily food or tools, not too convenient. Driving is a must here, or calling grab.
1. Waiting for lift takes a lot longer than expected, bc too many ppl were using it
2. There were not enough mats on the floor to wipe your feet, or the quality of the mat is not a decent soaking material
3. Driving up the multi level parking place is a headache, especially our parking slot is located at 10th floor, which you have to go through 10 rounds of circling levels, it gets dizzy easily. The barrier gate access card sensor spot is also not very convenient as the driver needs to flash the access card before reaching the top of level 2 before you are allowed to enter level 3 (this is dangerous)
4. Soundproofing was not the best. You can hear next door or upstairs quite clearly at night
5. Unit without washing machine needs to go to the nearest laundry shop which is 5-10 minutes walk
6. Most of the eatery places are 10-25 minutes walking distance, and it's quite inconvenient without the transportation
7. There is a locked gate at level 11 emergency stairs which is a major safety hazard
