L'appartement est idéalement placé à 2 pas du métro et dans un quartier sympa avec des commerces/restos à proximité. Attention il est en sousplex mais reste quand même lumineux.
RAS côté ménage, l'appartement était très propre.
Cuisine bien équipée, dialogue aisé avec le propriétaire.
Revers de la médaille, on entend bcp le métro même la nuit, bouchons d'oreilles obligatoires quand on a le sommeil léger.
Salle de bain et WC petits.
Canapé convertible suffisant ponctuellement pr des enfants mais plus qu'inconfortable pour des adultes.
