View, room size, access to the beach, cleanliness of room, everything functioned properly (ac, washer/dryer, etc) ease of checking in and out.

Very clean and has a great view. My family and i enjoyed our stay and would def come back!
Only thing was the fact that the 3rd room was extremely small and didn’t have a tv or anything it wasn’t as comforting as the other rooms. Other than that it was amazing!

Location ! Loved the tub in the guest bathroom.
There was no front desk staff. The third bedroom was a little disappointing, smaller than what it looked in pictures , seem to be just two small cots. The blinds were missing quite a few of the strips so it was not so much privacy.
