We are delighted to host this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo. It is a premiere property, with one of the best ocean views in Myrtle Beach!

This condo is located in the popular Carolinian Resort. It is gorgeous, relaxing,, and comfortable. It has been extensively updated. You will love vacationing here!
Everything in the kitchen is new! This includes the white shaker cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances. The kitchen is well-equipped for large groups with plenty of high-quality pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, small appliances, etc.
Each of the three bedrooms has a gorgeous ocean view, with a slider leading to an ocean-view or oceanfront balcony. Each bedroom an adjoining full bathroom. The bedrooms are light and bright during the day, and have black-out drapes for sleeping at night. All of the mattresses are new.
Bedroom one is oceanfront, with a slider that leads to the oceanfront balcony. This bedroom has a King Bedroom set, and an additional full-size futon. The ensuite bathroom has an oversized garden tub/shower combination.
Bedroom two has a south-facing ocean view of the waves breaking along the shore. It has a large window, as well as a slider, which leads to an ocean-view balcony. This bedroom has two comfy queen beds. This bedroom has an attached full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bathroom can be entered into from the bedroom, as well as from the hallway.
Bedroom three has a King bedroom Set. It also has an ocean view window, and a slider that leads to the ocean-view balcony. This bedroom also has a full ensuite bathroom with an over-sized garden soaking tub/shower combination.
The beautiful ocean front living room has a sofa sleeper with an upgraded full-size gel foam mattress.
The living room has a 60” TV. Each of the three bedrooms have TVs.
The Carolinian is an oceanfront resort. It is near the city center, about a half mile north of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center are only a mile away.
Amenities at The Carolinian Resort include beach front access, two swimming pools, a baby pool, and a lazy river. There is also access to the rooftop water amenities at the resort across the street.
For your convenience, there are 3 fast elevators, a free garage parking, free password protected wifi, and a fitness room. The exterior of the Carolinian Resort was repainted this past year, and it looks nice and fresh.
We are sharing this amazing condo to families and friends who will treat our condo with care and respect. Parties are not allowed.
No smoking is allowed in our condo, or at the Carolinian Resort. There is no tobacco or marijuana smoking allowed in the condos, on the balconies, or elsewhere on the property.
The first 99 reviews were from our one-bedroom Myrtle Beach condo that we recently sold. We provide the same outstanding property, and friendly service for our guests with our new Carolinian Resort condo, as evidenced in our more recent reviews.

What an incredible weekend and place to stay! It couldn’t have been more perfect. Everything we needed and more! Loved having a bathroom in each bedroom and the incredible views from every room! The hosts were awesome and Chex in was a breeze! Would definitely stay here again!!

My family of 6 adults stayed this past weekend. It was ok. It wasn't bad. There were a few things I didn't like...1. When we got there we had the elevator code from the owner however it didn't work. I went to the lobby to see what the situation was and the woman behind the desk was rude and snotty but eventually gave me the new code. Why didn't the owner have the code to their property?2. The unit was not dirty but there were things that threw me off. Someone was clearly living there. There was food, etc in the closet which was weird. I also do yoga in the morning and by the time I was done I could clearly see the floors need to be cleaned. A ton of dust/dirt.3. If you go down during the cold weather, they don't have indoor pools so you need to keep that in mind. They are also doing work on the outside hot tub so it was too noisy to use the pool.4. There are no amenities such as restaurant or store at this location so if you need anything you need to travel outside of the complex.5. Parking is a NIGHTMARE! According to the instructions from the owner, the parking is across the street. So where we parked the first night, come to find out that is the garage for another hotel. The parking for this unit is BEHIND the garage/hotel that is across the street. Luckily for me I have handicap parking so I could park for free in the public parking next to the complex.As I stated in the beginning, it was ok for a long weekend. I wouldn't do it again.
