Nicola was very lovely to deal with and was always communicative. She was understanding and flexible when it came to my situation. I found her home very clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. Would recommend.
The fireplace was the primary heating in the lounge and took a while to get started but other than that plenty of other heating source provided for rooms.

A lovely clean house in a quiet area of Turangi. We were very comfortable. Only glitch was accessing the key box. It would be helpful if code sent earlier and advice re turning off the alarm! It would be helpful too to have a folder which provided instructions on how to work all electric gadgets. Thank you for a lovely stay.
