Cozy Studio in Saint-Germain-des-Prés - Fully equipped

The location of the property is excellent, with many stores, restaurants, bakeries and super markets nearby to do your shopping. The host was very friendly and helped throughout the stay with recommendations. There is also a spot to leave the bicycles exactly across from the apartments if you want to rent which I’m strongly recommend since it is safe to ride a bicycle in Paris.

Unfortunately the house was not as clean. There was some hair on the floor, I’m guessing from previous tenants. The house is small but good for 2 people if you don’t have large baggage as there is no plenty of space to leave your staff and if you open your bags on the floor it’s gets smaller. The bathroom is extremely small as well with no space to even hang the wet towels. There is not windows that open as well. The one thing I didn’t like the most is that the next door apartments, ring a bell I’m guessing to open the front door and the bell feels like is installed in the apparent we were staying and you hear it from 7am till late at night. About the checkout, unfortunately for us, it was raining and we had to walk 2 blocks to leave the keys on their original location and we got wet. A locker next to the door would have been more convenient.

Everything was easy, modern and very convenient. You have all you need in for a short stay. Staff was very friendly.

The ventilation, no windows you can open which makes it a bit claustrophobic, and no air circulation.

Location good, right next to metro, places to eat and supermarket. Well equipped with thing you would need, eg hair drier, kitchen equipment etc.

Room was very hot, there were fans provided but they didn’t work great, room noisy early morning and late at night as it is directly on a street/pavement.
