My apartment is spacious and bright 3 bedroom/1 bathroom, located in the heart of downtown Paris, perfect for those traveling with kids or friends. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with lots of things to do on your doorstep. The apartment is located in the 7th arrondissement, in the heart of the capital!
Spacious and central, this apartment will be the ideal holiday destination for your family holidays in Paris.
The space:
Welcome to this historic and bright 100m2 apartment next to the iconic center of Paris, an ideal place for art and culture lovers, containing some of the city's most iconic monuments and museums.
This apartment has a bright and comfortable living room as well as a dining room and open to a well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms have been carefully designed with colorful touches.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 double sofa bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 cots (from 3 to 7 years old)
Some particularities:
- The apartment is located in a 17th century mansion
- The apartment is located above one of the most beautiful cheese factories in Paris (visit of the cellars and tasting possible on request)
- Comfortable living room with an open layout to a well-equipped kitchen
- Laptop-friendly workspace near the living room, lots of natural light, great for working remotely (triple exposure)
- 1 full bathroom (shower + bathtub)
- 1 separate toilet
- Clean sheets and towels will be provided.
- My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay

The district:
Located in the historic district of Saint Germain des Prés, in the 6th arrondissement, this 4-room apartment immerses you in the rich cultural heritage of Paris. Once the residence of the city's most famous artists, the district is known for its rich art galleries and museums. The Rodin Museum (15 min), then soak up the sun in the Luxembourg Gardens (18 min). History buffs will appreciate the Musée de l'Armée (15 min).
You will also be close to the Rue de Rennes and its shops as well as a 5-minute walk from the Bon Marché and the large grocery store!!
Getting around:
Very close to three metro stations: Duroc (150m), Vaneau (110m) and Falguière (450m). Montparnasse train station is 1 km away.
Other things to note:
- The national and international police require each guest to send their ID card or passport information. This is mandatory and all legal tourist establishments are required to do so.
HOUSE RULES
1. Parties, drugs, loud noises or any kind of disturbance towards neighbours are totally prohibited, with a possible penalty of eviction and seizure of bail up to €600.
2. Please respect the quiet time between 10 pm and 9 am.
3. Respect your neighbours and be respectful in common areas (corridors, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will incur a fee of €100 per lost key.
5. No smoking inside.
6. If the trash can is full, please take it outside and find the nearest dumpster.
7. Customers assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring on the premises or at its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
9. The apartment is located above a food store, please respect this workspace
Failure to comply with these rules will result in a monetary penalty and full responsibility for any fines from the local administration or authorities.
