✓ Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, mixer, fruit press, hair dryer,
✓ A game box containing: 1 Nintendo Game Cube, 1 UNO card game, 1 JENGA game, 1 poker case .. is available to have fun during your days / evenings
✓ Cot and high chair for baby
✓ Hot water, Heating, fan and air conditioning for your comfort in 3 rooms + fan in the 4th room.
CLEANING :
Cleaning of the apartment is done between 11 AM and 3 PM on the day of your arrival/departure.
CHECK IN:
Keys are available in a secure box at the entrance for your check in.
It is possible to leave your luggage at the apartment from 11am on the day of your arrival (or even earlier if the apartment has not been rented the night before), then come back once the housework is done.
OTHER SERVICES :
- 1 towel is included per person, for any extra towel an extra charge of 5 € per towel is charged.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The location was perfect! It was so nice to be able to do laundry in the apartment. We were able to walk to most of the sites we were interested in. Access to the train and metro was nearby, as well as a wonderful mall. Francois was the perfect host, providing us with detailed information before our trip. He also responded quickly to our questions and requests throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was great. Very convenient and in nice shape. What stood out even more was the incredible communications of the host who answered messages very quickly at all times. He also provided an unbelievably thorough guide including instructions, restaurant and tour recommendations and even historical information. I highly recommend the apartment/host and will definitely use him the next time I am in Paris.

Everything was excellent and the host was communicative, helpful and personable. The trip was excellent, the location is fab and we will be back! I’m already missing the morning croissant delivery!
