Just happened to visit Paris during the most intense heatwave and the air con in this property was strong enough to cope with the heat! Daily room keeping service was great. Very convenient location to major tourist spots plus train line to Disneyland and airport. Easy access.

Location. Great design and amenities
Loud noise shouting and loud voices coming from the open area just after the main entrance (front yard of the building). Also, the door of the main entrance of the building sounds very strong noise and huge loud when open/closed which unfortunately wakes you up!! In addition, during our stay there was construction work going nearby, which starts very early in the morning (7:30 am), so YOU WILL NEVER SLEEP from the moment they start the work because of the huge noise!! The host is nice and collaborative when we asked him about the possibility to cancel our stay and leave and was willing to help, but unfortunately the response time is too long!!
