The location was super handy for the metro and local attractions which meant we could access everything easily. The apartment was well appointed, well heated and comfortable. The staff were helpful and responsive when the access code didn’t work which was great. Would definitely stay again.

Aircon did not work, main living area was 12 degrees. Only received a heater on day 3. Still waiting for management to contact me. No soap, no toilet paper replenished altougth we paid for a fully serviced apartment. Appalling, stay away from this company.

Nice apartment, but unfortunately was uncomfortable to stay in

Location. Great design and amenities

Loud noise shouting and loud voices coming from the open area just after the main entrance (front yard of the building). Also, the door of the main entrance of the building sounds very strong noise and huge loud when open/closed which unfortunately wakes you up!! In addition, during our stay there was construction work going nearby, which starts very early in the morning (7:30 am), so YOU WILL NEVER SLEEP from the moment they start the work because of the huge noise!! The host is nice and collaborative when we asked him about the possibility to cancel our stay and leave and was willing to help, but unfortunately the response time is too long!!

Good location, potential for being awesome, many things to improve to get to that 5 star rating.

Location is very good. The concierge is available by text for much of the day which is also useful. Please be aware of the construction happening next door and how loud the interior courtyard can get if guests are out late. Access was easy and easy to walk to many places even with small children.

Lack of basic items showing the place has been stayed in by owners designers. For example no towel rack in the bathroom, limited ability to store travel bags, etc. Water heater does not last longer than 1 shower. Kitchen is relatively well equipped but does lack a microwave. No internal A/C (we didnt need on our trip but it was warm and hard to sleep with the windows open due to the noise). Very upset with the property in general over our stay other than the location. It looks beautiful in pictures, but just a few things were too hard for the price. It comes with daily service which we initially turned down. We then requested it on one of the days (mostly due to wet towels that were difficult to hang) and concierge agreed and set it up. However, the cleaners never showed up. They then proceeded to charge us for an 'additional cleaning' on our departure (a lived in apartment of family of 4 on vacation).120 euro charge even though they did not come and clean once during our 5 day 4 night stay. When reaching out to the company about this they said they would address and then never followed up. No instructions about this. (place did have dishes that needed to be done but everything else was just dirty linens and towels).

6 floor walk up in a loud construction site. Relentless messaging and suprise security deposit.

Near all the trains of Châtelet / Les Halles, so it's central to everything. Room was super clean, nicely designed and well appointed. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom had heated floor and beautiful shower with lousy water pressure. Minor annoyance is low ceilings in half the room, so you have to lean to walk.

They hide the fact that this is a 6 floor walk up without an elevator, which means if leave your jacket in the room, easier to buy a new one. Have fun juggling the 3 separate door codes to get into your room while gasping for breath. Forget about sleeping in - they neglect to mention that the building is in a super loud construction site, so the drills and jackhammers start at 8:00am. The fancy French name is just a Pick-a-flat in sheep's clothing, which means tons of messages starting 2 weeks before arrival. Check in. Upload your passport. What time is arrival? Upsells on car services. Reminders not to steal anything (after spending $238/night!). How is your room? Don't forget it's almost time to check out. Get out anytime between 7:00 and 11:00am (thanks). When booking, the confirmation page insinuates that there is an "included security deposit" which is actually not included, so they will start harassing you for credit card info in short order after you have paid for the room. I got a surprise request for a 500€ deposit after I had already paid $715 for 3 nights. (Side note: among all the messages, I got phished for the unexpected deposit by someone who knew my name, dates of stay, etc. I had to cancel my credit card and have a new one express mailed to Europe). Instead of a romantic Paris escape, this apartment was a miserable experience.

Awkward and disappointing.

Spacious living and dining room, and well-located - convenient to sights and transit.

Lack of privacy and misrepresentation of number and placement of toilets, We were 5 unrelated adults sharing for the first time so I clarified in advance that there would be 3 toilets as well as the bathing rooms, which was confirmed by a staff member, however there were only 2 (in each hall) on arrival and when I raised the concern via messaging the response was quite rude. Other challenges included street and nearby construction noise as well as the building front door banging at all hours of the day and night. The bedroom showers had no lip so very difficult to keep water from drifting and the extra shower in the basement has no door or privacy curtain. Bedrooms were tight/cozy and twin beds seemed short -- ok for a family perhaps but challenging for a more collegial group.

Beautiful building and apartment in a fantastic location in Marais. Can't wait to visit again

Beautifully appointed rooms, big bonus that the one bedroom flat had two bathrooms. Worked out really well as we were 4 people sharing the space. The beds were extremely comfortable and every amenity you would need was present. Anything we needed, we could just communicate with concierge and they would provide it. Highly recommend!

Wish the water heater lasted longer. We could only shower two people before the water went cold. Also, it would have been nice to know we would be on the second floor with no elevator. One was being installed while we were there but that didn't help hauling our heavy luggage up the stairs. Wasn't a major issue, but if anyone is special needs or elderly, it could be a barrier

the perfect apartment in the middle of Paris for a short stay

The location was perfect — close to everything, with excellent restaurants right nearby. The apartment is stunningly beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. It was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The service was excellent. We will definitely come back when we return to Paris. We were two adults with two 6-year-old girls, and it was simply perfect.

Location! Location! Location!

Our apartment (situated in the 1st arrondissement) was beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. Ours was a Mum/Daughter trip and was my daughter's first trip to France 🇫🇷 The apartment was very well located with Chatelet and Chatelet-Les-Hals stations being less than 5 minutes walk and Sainte-Michel Notre Dame station only a 10 minute stroll away (giving us access to most of the major "tourist attractions" between them). There were also an abundance of restaurants, cafes, some great shopping, pharmacies etc all within very easy walking distance. Notre Dame Cathedral, Sainte-Chappel, The Louvre...many things we wanted to see were within 10-15 minutes wallk. Our apartment had elegant decor and was spotlessly clean each day when we returned "home". It truly did feel like a home away from home. 🙂

We were on the 4th floor and there was no elevator. Lugging heavy bags up the stairs (and down at the end of our stay) was quite a challenge for me.

Great place and location but 4 floors of stairs up with limited "Services"

Great location, 2 bedroom apartment was tastefully decorated and furnishings are good, listing pictures are accurate for the apartment. Stefan, a representative from Maison Galante was there in the afternoon to help with the check in and carry the luggage up the 4 flights of stairs and a cleaner comes in every day to clean up and tidy the place.

That it was 4 floors up without an elevator and this was not stated in any way on the listing, rendering it impossible for my wife in a wheelchair to access the place. I contacted them on booking.com and via email to clarify but no answer. No representative came to help with the luggage during check out at 8am either despite a request. The building next door is also under construction so do note there will be noise during the day and the road is partially blocked off as of end-June 2025.

- Building is under reconstruction, noise from installation works from 7-30 am - Bad overall soundproofing: very noisy at nights, when somebody always carrying something down the stairs, I do not know what, felt scary to look out and check - there is no unified contract from the landlord, I was contacted by 5(!!) different persons/accounts before and during my stay - deposit payment link, that is sent by landlord using some bots via SMS, always went to spam; I didn't even understand that it was from the landlord - housekeeping staff doesn't speak or even understand English at all

Major construction of the building underway as of March 2025 but it did not bother us or affect us at all (they start working after 8am). All was great. Definitely would stay here again. We booked this serviced apartment with moderate expectations, but it turned out to be an absolute gem—far exceeding even the finest luxury hotels. The room was simply exceptional: beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with top-tier amenities. Every detail was meticulously thought out, providing an unparalleled level of comfort and elegance. The location couldn’t be better—right next to the Pompidou Center, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, cafés, and bars, with easy access to public transportation. Staying in a historic Parisian building while enjoying the comforts of a true luxury suite was exactly what we had hoped for. A special thanks to our butler, Stefan, whose impeccable service made our stay even more memorable. He patiently awaited our arrival and answered all our questions with warmth and professionalism. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.

It’s worth noting that, as a heritage building, there is no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage can be a challenge. Fortunately, the butler is there to assist. The building is also undergoing renovations, which means some noise in the morning and slightly messy hallways. However, these minor inconveniences didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Есть плюсы и минусы которые решатся со временем.

Месторасположение самого объекта в городе отличное все в шаговой доступности. Очень чисто и просторно. Кухня оснащена необходимой посудой. Своевременная уборка. По номеру все отлично. Единственный кто оперативно и даже в свой выходной мне помогал справиться со сложностями был Стефан. Появились новые апартаменты очень просторные и красивые. Я планирую остановиться здесь с семьей. Надеюсь некоторые нюансы будут устранены к следующей поездке

Я жила в корпусе B. 5 этаж. Очень опасные крутые винтовые лестницы. Лифта в этом корпусе нет. Занести чемодан самой нереально. Спустить его так же не безопасно. В этот корпус обязательно нужен помощник со стороны администрации апартаментов с заботой о безопасности и здоровье своих клиентов. Поднять мне еле помог водитель такси. Спустить мне помог Стефан🫶🏻. после долгой переписки с менеджером который ни в какую не хотел отправлять помощь. Подруга Забыла телефон в номере, пароли и коды от дверей в телефоне. Администратор не знает коды и очень долго отвечает. Так и не дал верный. Стефан дистанционно в свой отпуск помог. Стройка в здании которое впритык. Они нарушают тишину в неположенное время. Так же появился театр прямо в здании во дворе и очень шумно выходят кричат и начинают хлопать дверью. Тут конечно влияет недобросовестность людей и администрация апартаментов делает все что может. Питьевой Воды в номер не поставляли. За все время 1 маленькая бутылочка воды была и все. Уверена что выберу эту локацию снова. Буду рада если закончится рядом стройка 😅

דירה מדהימה שממש היה קשה לעזוב, חבל רק על הספה הנפתחת שמתאימה לילדים קטנים. לילדים גדולים זה לא נוח

מיקום נפלא, דירה נקייה מאוד, יפייפיה יותר מבתמונות. מנקים את הדירה כל יום, מהבחינה הזו - מושלם.

לא ידענו שאין מעלית. קשה לעלות 2 קומות ברגל עם מזוודות. בנוסף - הספה הנפתחת לא נפתחת ל 180 מעלות, אלא הראש והרגליים נפתחו בזווית וזה היה ממש מעצבן.

Locatia, la 10 min de Louvre si 10 min de Notre Dame, dar intr-o curte interioara, minunat! Designul si felul cum e aranjat, se simte ca s-a investit. Apoi zilnic house cleaning, pur si simplu servicii ca la hotel!

Ca in baie se intra prin dormitor si ca era un santier langa. Vineri dimineata au inceput sa bocăne, dar sambata si duminica nu au lucrat.
