The accommodation
The accommodations are located on the 1st floor with elevator of a beautiful building in the Marais. (in very good condition, common areas renovated)

In the direct vicinity of the Place des Vosges, the Hôtel de Ville or the Pompidou Centre, this accommodation will satisfy your desires in terms of art, dining, shopping and walks thanks to its ideal location in one of the most beautiful districts of the capital.
The apartment is composed of:
- A double living room of 35 M2 (living room / dining room)
- A separate kitchen under glass roof + 4m high ceilings, equipped with: a fridge + freezer, a 4-burner induction hob, a hood, an oven as well as a microwave and a dishwasher.
- A large shower room with double sink, an illuminated mirror and WC
- Another separate toilet
3 Bedrooms:
- a 1st bedroom with a double bed 160X190 + dressing room + TV
- a 2nd bedroom with a double bed 140X190 + dressing room
- a 3rd bedroom with a single bed 90X190 + dressing room
- 1 sofa bed 1 seater as a 4th bed, is available in the living room
The accommodations are very comfortable and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a weekend or a weekday stay.
