L'emplacement est top La pièce de vie séjour / salon est parfaite et très lumineuse

Le calcaire dans la bouilloire, le pommeau de douche et la cafetière (1h pour que le café coule...) Les portes des chambres qui vibrent lorsqu'on en ferme une Salle de douche un peu spartiate

The apartment was right above a tram stop which provided easy access to the rest of the city. The property managers were quick to respond with our issues. The view from the living room over the Garonne River was nice.

Several issues: Cleanliness...we had to ask for the apartment to be cleaned after we arrived, finding gum on a chair, dirty sponges, dirty floors, filty area rug in the living room. The beds were very uncomfortable, the linens (bed, kitchen towels, bath towels) were of the absolute cheapest quality, the kitchen was poorly outfitted for a longer stay (we had to buy many things) and throw away several old glass yogurt containers that were dirty with dried yogurt, the couch and chairs in the living room were not comfortable hang out on and were cheap. The entire place seemed to be haphazardly decorated and supplied. There were many lightbulbs that were burned out, (a few they replaced), the bathroom was very dated with the shower hose in desperate need of replacement and the shower stall was clogged during out stay. We had to use a chemical to eat away whatever was in the drain. The formica kitchen counter was literally falling apart, the freezer door panel wasn't attached to the freezer door making it difficult to open, the coffee cups were cracked and chipped and not safe to drink out of. The entire place was extremely tired and in need of repairs and upgrades and for what we spent for 25 nights, they could easily upgrade many of these things, starting with the horrible linens.
