Très beau duplex, confortable, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût. Emplacement idéal dans le quartier des Chartrons, à proximité du tramway, des commerces et des principaux points d’intérêt de Bordeaux. Appartement très propre et agréable à vivre.
Rien à signaler, le séjour c’est parfaitement déroulé.

Le chauffage. La mezzanine avec une très belle hauteur de plafond. La grande salle de bain avec beaucoup de rangement. La pièce de vie spacieuse
L'équipement de la cuisine pourrait être améliore.
Pas de bouilloire, pas de manique, pas suffisamment de verres à pied.
