Location was great. Price was great.
The sand could have been cleaned out of the dryer. The beds could have been softer. The clothes in the top drawer of the nightstand were there when we arrived. Why don’t any of the rentals have emergency escapes?

The location was excellent because of the beach front access.
The washer and dryer (particularly the dryer) are in need of maintenance. The dryer continues to Error code. Although we do understand the presence of Palmetto Bugs to the coastal area, it's a bit disconcerting to find them on the property kitchen floor and bathroom sink. (Thankfully, they were dead so we assume the pest control was doing it's job) Lastly, it was surprising to us that there was no elevator access. It's a nice enough property considering the value of the beach front, but be aware you must lug everything up 4 flights of stairs. Difficult for compromised knees.
