The oceanfront deck provides stunning views and includes a table with chairs, perfect for outdoor dining or simply taking in the scenery. Community beach access is available, making it easy to enjoy the shore just steps from the property.

Appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven with a flat top stove, and both drip and Keurig coffeemakers, along with a kettle. Lovely stopover in Carolina Beach on my East coast road trip.Clean, close to restaurants and minutes from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk.

Overall, a great little place to stay during the off season. I am not sure how parking and crowds may be during the summer months. The condo was comfortable and clean. I will note that the upstairs neighbors were EXTREMELY loud at all hours! I think that is just the risk that is taken with staying on the first floor but we definitely lost sleep and found the noise kind of bothersome even during the day at times. The floors and walls must be extremely thin. We were also surprised that our car was sandwiched in between cars from other units and it took some time to get ahold of the other owners when we needed to move/drive our car. The parking situation is definitely not ideal. The unit itself was decorated nicely and was adequately stocked. The pool needed to be cleaned and is older but the deck furniture was nice. Overall, this unit is a great pick for adults looking to enjoy the beach/ocean and walk to the boardwalk and nightlife! It is obvious that the owner has taken care in making this a relaxing beach getaway. Just remember to bring your earplugs!

We loved the condo. It was a good location, but the view of the breakers were blocked by the dunes. The parking situation can be a little difficult especially in a larger vehicle or truck. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We had our kids and our dog with us, and had a fun family vacation.

This will be very long but a suggested read. Our trip started with a lot of confusion about available parking for the unit. Long story short...the listing says free parking. The rental agreement says parking passes. But a few days before you check in you will find out that
