NEW LISTING to the VRBO platform!!! Welcome to this oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath updated condo, with pool, close to the famous Carolina Beach boardwalk. The deck overlooks the ocean and there's a private walkway to the beach. It's an easy 5-10 minute walk to the boardwalk and many other bars and restaurants. The unit is freshly renovated with a light and modern feel and is a true oceanfront paradise. Stay here and enjoy relaxing on the deck, watching the dolphins, and listening to the waves!
The space
This is a great oceanfront updated condo, close to the boardwalk and so many fun things to do!
Sleeping and bath arrangements
-master bedroom (queen) with en suite bathroom
-2nd bedroom has bunk beds, each with full size mattresses that can each sleep two
-linens, towels, and bath towels included along w/ washer and dryer
Other Amenities
-short walk to the boardwalk and many restaurants/bars/music
-pool open May 1 - Oct 15, pending any unforeseen issues from the HOA
-free parking, but you need to put the parking tag on your dash
-beach access via private walkway
-outdoor shower
-new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances including oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher
-washer/dryer
-new flooring and paint throughout
-full kitchen with all the supplies
-keurig coffee maker with mugs

-No smoking on the property premises (including inside the unit, in the stairwell, on the deck/patio, or on the property grounds). Violating this rule will cause a $500 additional cleaning fee.
-No parties or events
-Must be at least 25 years old to book
-The HOA must have access to the unit the first Thursday of every month for a routine pest control treatment. This is typically in the morning but potentially could be variable. It should only take a few minutes. If there are no guests present at the time of their arrival, then the HOA/pest crew shall have the right to use a code to enter and treat the unit and will lock up afterwards. If they are not allowed entrance, I am charged a $75 fee and that will be passed on to you.

Location was really good - within 0.5-1 miles of lots of restaurants and things to do. Easy walk to the beach. Nice updated kitchen and spacious outdoor porch.

The condo is very nice. The location is what's wonderful. We walked to the beach, the Boardwalk and local restaurants. We also used the pool which was great.
The condo was great too. Two issues:the master bedroom door didn't close and the deck chairs were uncomfortable. I suggest getting a couple of tall Adirondack chairs.
The view of the ocean was incredible. You just can't beat the location. Would stay again.

Place was as described. Price was a bit high per night in comparison to other places we have stayed on this street. Pool was well kept. Disappointed at not being able to check in a few hours early after the cleaning crew left. (We were told we could). I would stay here again with my family.
