-Community pool is seasonal and opens/closes as weather permits. We do not guarantee the pool to be open during the time of your stay. Pool may open or close due to COVID, weather or construction at any time. No refund or discount will be provided if the pool is closed.

This spacious, 3rd floor walkup has a terrific view. We enjoyed being able to walk to the boardwalk area and various restaurants. The area is quiet (in October). The management company was great, both in their communication with us and responsiveness to our needs. The condo was very clean, well-appointed and free of decorative clutter (a plus for those of us who like to use table tops and counter space). USB chargers throughout were a nice touch. The furniture is basic and some is old, but serviceable. We enjoyed the firmness of the beds. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc. The refrigerator is huge!There are some things that need fixing or replacing. (We provided a list to the management company.) While these did not affect our stay, they keep this unit from being 5 stars. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was topically clean enough. However, the kitchen was run down. The cabinets didn't stay shut and popped open all the time. The coffee pot was completely rusted. The furniture in the living room was really worn out and the tables were scarred up and damaged. The rug in the living room looked dingy and dirty. The bunk beds had huge scratches in the wood where the ladders were. The bed in the master was comfortable, but everyone complained that the bunk bed mattresses were awful. There were notes all over the house telling you what to do, what not to do and that you were going to be charged for anything you did wrong. All things added up to a condo I wouldn't rent again.
