-Community pool is seasonal and opens/closes as weather permits. **We do not guarantee the pool to be open during the time of your stay** Pool may open or close due to COVID, weather, or construction at any time. There will be no refund or discount if the pool is closed.
-Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib. If we determine you have more than 8 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
-No uninvited guests without permission.
-This home has exterior security cameras for your safety

The condo was as described. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, glasses and silverware. All beds were clean and comfortable. AC worked great. The TV in the front bedroom wouldn’t connect to the network, but after power cycling it worked fine. The pool was maintained daily and used a lot. Very roomy and comfortable place in a great location. Just be prepared for some noise in the place above you and at the pool. Lots of families here. The parking is a challenge and is cramped.

Nice condo but remember second floor means someone is above you and you can hear them walking around especially if they have small children.
Kitchen was nice and included refridgerator dishes and a huge dinner table to eat and play games on.
Unit was clean but under sinks and inside kitchen drawers could use some extra care. Condo was very close to the beach after you walk down 3 flights of stairs (no elevator). Bathrooms very small but big enough for one person at a time.
Lots of resturants and the boardwalk was in walking distance, we loved that!
