Just 4 blocks from the newly built Carolina Beach Boardwalk and famous Britt's Donuts, this top level oceanfront condo has unobstructed views of the ocean and Carolina Beach pier in the distance. Views from lower floors don't compare. A "home away from home" with a comfortable beach feel as soon as you walk through the door. Both baths have been completely renovated with a modern look. New stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and plank flooring throughout make for an inviting living area. Just steps from the beach, this condo is perfect for a long weekend getaway or a family vacation. You are just minutes away from the Aquarium, Fort Fisher, Carolina Beach State Park, and a short drive to Historic Downtown Wilmington. So come relax and put your toes in the sand.
Bring your binoculars as you never know if you will see the Dolphins swim near the shore while sitting on the deck and drinking your morning coffee. The breath taking sunsets will be memories you will want to capture by camera without a doubt. Bring your bikes and take an afternoon stroll through the Carolina Beach State Park or take a stroll around the Carolina Beach Lake. The NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher is a great way to spend a rainy afternoon. Great stay! Wonderful views, and check in/out was easy. The location couldn't be better, everything you could need is close. It was really nice staying somewhere that didn't have a huge list for chores for check out. The beach was clean and even on it's busiest day it wasnt packed. Pool is nice and clean, it was the perfect temp too.The only issue we had and it has NOTHING to do with the condo or hosts is the steps were really difficult for my parents. Just something to keep in mind for families with little, elders, or injuries.

This was out 4th year staying at this beautiful condo, and we hope to make it a 5th, next summer! The location is perfect! Its within walking distance to the boardwalk and many restaurants, but far enough away from all the noise. The host, Mark, is always very helpful and responsive. Book your stay now! You won't regret it!

Amazing view and over all a nice place. Great access to the beach with 2 parking spots for cars. No plugs in the garage area so there are no opportunities to rent a golf cart because they cannot be charged. On the downside, Toilets were dirty and there was no extra toilet paper. Also be sure and bring hair dryer as the listing says there is one but we could not find it. Pots and pans are rusty but there were plenty of cups and dishes. Be prepared to get your steps in as there is no elevator and climbing the stairs is a good workout, especially for older people. Overall it was a cool spot and the host is very responsive and very helpful.
