地點非常好，民宿後門就在河旁邊，一出門就散步進景區的便利，過龍橋後到處有餐廳商點，民宿付有一個停車位，方便自駕的遊客。一大房四個床位空間算大，還有大餐桌跟設備齊全的廚房。
屋齡有點久，走路時木地板有些地方會發出聲響，雙人床也比較鬆了，上下兩人睡如果翻身會搖晃。一定要提早跟屋主約好時間取鑰匙，不然到現場需要等20~30分鐘。車子在外圍很難停車，沒有遙控器無法進入社區內停車，要不斷繞行等待屋主。
