NEW G&P Villa - Free Parking

The building looks new and near the bus station. It takes 20’ to walk to city center. The apart no3 is nice and enough for 4 of us. There are small kitchen with all you need. Washing-dry machine is plus. The host is responsive.

The apt is on 2nd floor with no lift. So it is hard with big suitcases

Location is excellent. Apartment was clean. Parking for free was a bonus.

Parking was perfect and right next to the house. This will save you a lot of stress in Ljubljana. The keys were available in a locked cabinet outside the building entrance.

We were traveling with small children. Unfortunately, the owner did not inform us that the facility was also hosting a group of about twenty teenagers, apparently on some kind of school trip. This meant constant slamming of doors, running up and down the stairs, loud noise and shouting, smoking cigarettes on the landing, and so on... Especially in the evening, when we had to put our children to sleep, the noise was a disruptive factor. The apartment door isn't very well sealed, so noise from the hallway isn't really muffled. So we could forget about having any peace and quiet. The same goes for cigarette smoke, which would waft down the hallway whenever someone smoked outside in front of the building and left the front door open. The attic apartment was small with a rooftop terrace. A large number of ants were getting into the apartment from the terrace. Yes, ants. It didn't matter whether the terrace door was closed or not. You don’t want that, especially when you have small children. The air conditioning at the accommodation was fine, except for the unpleasant vibrations/noise from the outdoor unit mounted on the building’s facade. And if you’re a particularly social person, you’ll surely appreciate the transparent, lightly tinted sliding glass doors to the bathroom/toilet. The accommodation is located right next to a busy road that is also used by emergency vehicles on their way to a nearby hospital. As a result, the sound of ambulance sirens was a daily occurrence.
