Apartment Center 25

The apartment is on street level with a spiral staircase down to the bedrooms and bathroom down stairs. The air con was excellent upstairs and the downstairs remained cool as it is underground so to speak. We loved the location. It was a flat walk into the city centre ie the river in 15 mins. There is a museum cafe 1 min walk away that opens from 7am to 1 am so this was our local for breakfast, afternoon cool drink in a deck chair under the trees and a nightcap when we returned home. We did an excellent walking tour with free tours. Natalie our guide was great. You tip about 15 euros at the end of the 2 hour tour. We stayed 3 nights and I could have easily spent a week in Ljubljana. It is such a safe beautiful city.

I loved everything, but if you have mobility issues, the spiral staircase would be an issue, but I think it says that in the description.

Apt23 is close to the station and the centre of town. It's not especially atmospheric but it's a quiet location.

It's an odd layout, like a converted studio-office with the bedrooms downstairs and no windows. Beds are average so is the bedding. Upstairs the kitchen/living room is large. The fridge has no freezer, so no ice. The kitchen is small with a plug in hob that is bargain supermarket standard. There was no coffee maker, a promise of one to come but no one wants another cheap pod machine. A French Press is so much better with zero waste.
