плюсы: расположение, рядом с центром, что позволяет добираться за 10-15 минут пешком до любой достопримечательности в центре. холодильник - первый раз видел нормально охлаждающий. прям отдельный плюс. без проблем за доплату разрешили поздний выезд.
минусы: уборка - сложно купить пылесос? чужие волосы были везде. даже на простыне! кровать - сложно купить простыню не 1 к 1 с размером матраца, а чтобы её можно было заправить под матрац? ванна - стоишь моешься и контролируешь чтобы вода не вышла за пределы ванной комнаты и дело не в качестве слива, а именно конструктивная особенность. снимали туалетную бумагу чтобы не намокла пока моешься. в номере был чайник, но не было ни чашек, ни ложек, ни стаканчиков под воду.
