地點交通方便，價格划算。有簡單的廚房，還有洗衣機讓長期住宿時也不需攜帶太多衣物。另外鄰近就有兩家玉出超市，其中一家是24小時營業，非常方便。
樓梯較陡，不適合帶長輩住。對面有一間設有卡拉OK的居酒屋，雖然建築物隔音算好，但晚間有時還是會稍有噪音
。

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and always responding quickly to our messages. The apartment was perfect for our family of 8—comfortable, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was also very convenient, close to the station and surrounded by many restaurants.
The space is a typical Japanese-style home, so it is a bit compact, but this is expected and part of the authentic experience. Overall, everything was still very comfortable and well-prepared.

It's two properties in one. North and South buildings. Rare find.
Clean and presentable.
A very responsive host, Mai who answers questions and takes action quickly.
Toilets for every room. No more queues when the family returns for the night at the same time.
Two of everything. Two showers, two kitchens and two washing machines.
Near amenities like convenience stores, train station and laundromats.
Quiet neighbourhood and the streets felt safe.
Stairs at the North Building may be a little steep to the top floor for children and old folks.
One of the washing machine was not in service while we were there but we could still use the other in the South Building.
