The apartment is spacious and clean.
The location is in a seedy place of Osaka, that's where a lot of the Airbnb are, however, guests should know. If you are women especially it might be less lit up on the streets and not as many foot traffic.
Finally, this is something that everyone should know. The price that you see on Booking is not the right amount, you should expect 2X increase in price because the host will charge that much for cleaning fees.
I would be fine paying this if I knew ahead of time, but this is something I found out about after and all guests should know. Or the hosts should change their policies.
