The property offers three one-bedroom units, each equipped with a kitchen and washer, making it a great option for both short and extended stays. The air conditioning is excellent and keeps the rooms comfortably cool. A few things to keep in mind: 1. Not every unit has a television. 2. The third unit requires climbing several flights of stairs, which may be challenging for some guests. 3. The property is located near a well-known red-light district, so it’s worth researching the area beforehand to ensure you’re comfortable with the location. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The property was comfortable, well-equipped, and met my expectations. I would happily book here again in the future.

Have to walk through a sketchy ally to get there, a bit scary especially at night

Very spacious for 5 people, there were 3 floors with 3 different washing machines, toilets, showers and 'kitchen' area. Location is quiet but convenient, 10 minute walk to the closest subway station. There are also laundromats right downstairs so it was very convenient.

There are 3 levels so it may not be accessible for everyone, however our group did not have any issues.
