Casa pulita e funzionale, piscina bellissima ed il residence è tranquillo e molto rilassante. La stanza ha tapparelle elettriche in tutte le finestre, così al mattino non c'è il problema di essere svegliati dal sole. Nell'appartamento c'è tutto quello che serve. Il residence è molto vicino alla spiaggia, 5 minuti in macchina e al centro di Cannes, 10 minuti in macchina. La macchina è fondamentale per spostarsi.

Il parcheggio è esterno al residence in strada, gratuito. Di giorno non ci sono problemi ma la sera trovare posto vicino è stato difficile (in agosto) . Per entrare nel residence c'è una discesa abbastanza ripida, bisogna fare attenzione.

A lovely fresh property with perfect amendities, wonderful terrace view and a comfortable bed. The property is stylish, well equipped, very clean and has everything you need.

While the property itself is impeccable, the location has limited accessibility without a car - I wish it was mentioned in the description that it's located on a very steep serpantine hill, which renders a walk up to the property virtually impossible even for a fit person. Not a problem if you have a car, but if you're on foot, taxi is your only option, something I discovered the hard way arriving with my luggage - what was supposed to be a 15-min walk from the bus stop turned into a tough climbing experience. Other than that, the place was perfect.
