PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

From the entrance, you step into a bright living area featuring a lounge with TV and an enclosed loggia serving as a dining space. Venetian blinds allow you to adjust the atmosphere throughout the day or create additional privacy.

A separate, fully equipped kitchen completes this first living space.

From both the living room and the loggia, you reach the expansive 100 m² terrace overlooking the sea, furnished with an outdoor dining area and sun loungers.

Night Area:

- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), TV, and direct access to the terrace

- A second bedroom with two single beds

Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
