2 room apartment for 5 persons in Cannes with balcony and dining table facing the sea and beaches, in a 3 star P & V holiday residence with 2 swimming pools.
Ideally located for congress, film festival or holiday.
The apartment is located in Cannes in a 3-star tourist residence with two swimming pools, just 100 meters from the beach and just ten minutes by bus from the Palais des Festivals.
The high quality apartment renovated in 2017 with an area of 30 m² including a terrace of 6 m2, is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) and can accommodate max. 5 persons with living room kitchen fully equipped for cooking, bedroom and bathroom.
After the entrance hall follows:
- A living room with kitchenette, fully equipped for cooking, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
It is furnished with a new sofa bed with a very good mattress for two people (140 x 190 cm) for a daily bed ,.
A table and chairs for dining or relaxing and a flat-screen satellite television.
- The kitchen is integrated, oven & microwave, large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and dishwasher all utensils for cooking.
- The separate bedroom has a window 1 bunk bed for three people (the top 90x200 cm, the bottom a matrimonial bed 140x200 cm) with bedside table and reading lamps and window.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a sink, a toilet and a hairdryer.

Electric heating throughout the apartment, a safe, iron, and 2 fans.
- Internet / WLAN has ultra high speed debit is available in the apartment through a personal network with an additional cost of 3 euros / day.
The living room overlooks a large furnished balcony 6m² where you can enjoy your meals with a magnificent view of the sea and the swimming pools.
