Het appartement is ruim, comfortabel, en qua uitzicht en uitvalsbasis gelegen op een goede locatie

Het asfalt tussen openbare weg en garage en woning verkeert in een zeer slechte staat. De garage is erg klein voor een middenklasse auto (Mercedes E coupé) De toegang tot het appartement is minder geschikt voor ouderen en ongeschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Er is veel verkeerslawaai rond de woning.

Il condominio fatiscente,la porta non si apriva perché il tastierino elettronico non funzionava e siamo rimaste un’ora sulle scale davanti alla porta in attesa di aiuto
