Fair price for the excellent apartment

Very good apartment close to Aosta centre. The apartment is clean and equipped with all required household appliance, including washing machine and dishwasher. Check-in process is easy: keys were in the locker, all instructions from the owner were clear. Supermarkets and cafes near the building are available. About 15 min on foot from the bus station.

When the windows are open it could be noisy in the room.

Appartamento bello, comfortevole e vicinissimo al centro

Apartamento molto nuovo, comodo e vicinissimo al centro. C'è un grande parcheggio a pagamento a 10 metri. Anfitrione sempre disponibile. Siamo stati benissimo, stanza molto comoda per farsi una sciata al mattino e godersi Aosta al pomeriggio.

Avrei gradito un microonde o bollitore di acqua.

Tutto,appartamento,penso nuovo o appena ristrutturato,pulito,caldo e accogliente con surplus come lavastoviglie e lavatrice che devo dire per una vacanza più lunga servono…Bagno grande,ben rifinito e doccia grande…Situato in zona silenziosa e con parcheggi molto vicini ( 2/4 minuti)…E a due minuti dal centro di Aosta…OTTIMO DA 5 STELLE

Appartamento davvero, moderno datato di tutti i comfort necessari e ci hanno fatto trovare kit di cortesia; staff gentilissimo poiché prima dell’arrivo ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni utili anche per parcheggiare lì vicino. Oltre ad essere ampio per essere un bilocale era dotato anche di un ulteriore divano letto e tavolo da pranzo ampio. Situato in una posizione centrale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi da un parcheggio a pagamento e vicinissimo al centro. Tutto pulitissimo e rapporto qualità prezzo top. Host molto gentil e disponibili.

Da dentro casa si sentono tanti rumori provenienti dalla strada. Consiglierei di aggiungere delle tende alle finestre...

Spero che la prossima volta che verrò al Wet a vedere Illumina questo appartamento sia libero

La posizione era ottima, soprattutto se dovete andare a vedere Illumina Show, su trova a un minuto a piedi da Wet, la zona è tranquillissima anche in piena notte, ideale per chiunque voglia avere un comodo appoggio ad Aosta, inoltre accanto c’è un parcheggio che dalle 18 alle 8 é gratuito quindi è anche perfetta come appoggio per visitare la valle

El sitio precioso, muy cuidado y bien equipado, ideal para viajar con niños.

Hacía algo de calor en el dormitorio. Pero dormimos con la ventana abierta y estuvimos perfectos ya que la zona es super tranquila

Agréable séjour

L'appartement est grand décoré avec goût. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Il y'a la machine à laver, étendoir, des produits. Tout a été bien pensé. Bel appartement.

Les stores de la salle de bain et de la chambre ne couvrent pas la totalité les fenêtres, du coup, il y a de petits espaces où l'on nous voit de l'extérieur. Le système de climatisation sur pieds ne permet pas de ventiler le salon et la chambre en même temps. L'appartement ne dispose pas de parking, nous avons du opté pour un parking payant.

Très belle appartement, bien agencé. Bien placé proche du centre-ville (5min à pied), parking à proximité (2min).

Ideal auch für verlängerten Aufenthalt in Aosta

Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist gleich um die Ecke und für Motorräder kostenlos. Die Unterkunft ist für 2 Personen ideal, das Bad mit Dusche ist angenehm groß und hat sogar eine Waschmaschine. Das Bett ist sehr groß und bequem. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten direkt in der Altstadt . WLAN ist top. Ideal auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Aosta. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten wollen.

Vermutlich wird die Wohnung im Hochsommer recht warm. Aber dagegen befindet sich im Schlafzimmer eine mobile Klimaanlage. Lärmempfindliche Personen könnten sich bei offenen Fenstern am Straßenlärm stören.

Absolute Empfehlung!!!

Eine wirklich wunderschöne, modern eingerichtete und sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem Komfort den man braucht. Das Bad ist schöner als das zu Hause ;-) und auch sonst ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Service was die Informationen zum Zugang etc angeht sind einwandfrei und sehr ausführlich. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Bellissimo appartamento con Arredamento come da fotografia, pulitissimo, accessoriato. Parcheggio pubblico fuori casa.

Pratico e pulito

L'appartamento è spazioso, dotato di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, wifi funzionante...) e molto pulito. I proprietari, seppur mai incontrati, si sono fatti sentire quotidianamente per accertarsi che il nostro soggiorno stesse andando bene, sempre gentili e disponibili. Inoltre la posizione era ottima, a pochissimi passi dalle vie del centro della città e dai più grandi parcheggi.

Le sole note dolenti, se così vogliamo chiamarle, sono il divano letto non proprio comodissimo e l'assenza di un ventilatore/condizionatore che ha reso anche le ore notturne difficili da affrontare.

Non loin du centre. Appartement propre et fonctionnel.

Il n’y a pas de volets pour les fenêtres du bas et les rideaux ne sont pas occultants et beaucoup trop petits par rapport à la taille des fenêtres ! La nuit, les lumières de la rue sont allumées, ce qui empêche de dormir. Quand le jour se lève, il fait carrément jour dans la chambre donc pas possible de dormir non plus. Nous avons passé une nuit horrible, impossible de profiter de notre séjour car nous venions de passer une nuit blanche. Pour le prix élevé, c’est inacceptable. S’il n’y a pas de volets, mettez au moins des rideaux occultants de taille convenable !

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, tra le tante cose positive, direi che forse andrebbero migliorate le cose base nella cucina: un po' d'olio, qualche tovagliolo, un po' di scottex, il detersivo per la lavapiatti, il detersivo per i piatti a mano e dulcis in fundo, magari due bottigliette d'acqua come "accoglienza".

Divano letto scomodo. Troppi parcheggi a pagamento in zona ma grazie ai suggerimenti del gestore abbiamo parcheggiato senza pagare, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura.
