Fabntastic modern apartment close to everything.

The house is very well located, close to tourist sites, restaurants, shops, etc. It is very secure. It was more spacious than the photos showed, very clean and had everything needed to self cater. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and proactive. A great place to stay.

perfect place from which to explore Aosta

This was the most brilliant base from which to explore Aosta. The flat is beautifully spacious, light and well-equipped. It's an easy and pleasant walk into the central area. The parking is great, right outside the entrance, and in the secure, gated area. The host is lovely and extremely responsive. The check-in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Lovely apartment.

Fab stay at La maison du boulevard. We were here to ski in nearby Pila but really enjoyed staying in Aosta. It's a charming town with lovely restaurants and shops. Communication with hosts was excellent - would def stay here again.

Fantastic large apartment, larger than the photos do justice. Location was only 5 minutes walk to Aosta old town with all the shops and restaurants Secure gated parking was a real bonus

A wonderful place to stay - we would have been comfortable there for several days!

We were very impressed by this lovely apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and great for cooking breakfasts. All of the furniture was comfortable. It was very quiet, but located very close to the historic center and LOTS of restaurants. We also were able to park our car very close to the door in a private spot.

Ho soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento, con un gruppo di amici, per due notti e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta! Le camere erano tutte spaziose, pulite. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e gentile. L’ambiente è molto accogliente, luminoso e la posizione ottima, al centro della città. Non ci è mancato davvero niente e ci siamo goduti appieno il soggiorno, ma con la sensazione e la comodità di casa. Torneremo sicuramente.

L'appartement est très bien dans tous les sens du terme, 2 chambres très grandes avec matelas super confortable ainsi que les coussins, une pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte très grande aussi, machine à laver, four etc etc...et tous les produits d'entretien sont au rdv. Le parking privé est un bel atout et le propriétaire ne le facture pas, merci (tout le monde ne le fait pas à Aosta) La propriétaire est très réactive et très chaleureuse.

Qu'il ne soit pas libre lors de mon prochain passage, en décembre prochain🤣, non, je ne voit rien de négatif, superbe logement.

Apto amplo , iluminado , limpo, vizinho ao centro histórico . Perfeito !

A acomodação era muito limpa , cama confortável e lençóis cheirosos . O banho com muita água e bem quentinho . Muitas toalhas . A cozinha era completa . 2 tv ótimas ! E a localização vizinho ao centro histórico . Fizemos tudo a pé e muito rapidinho ! O prop foi extremamente gentil e deixamos nossas coisas guardadas até o horário de nosso trem ! O checkin foi fácil e tudo bem tranquilo de chegar e entrar ? Tinha até cápsulas de café e chá à nossa disposição . Persianas elétricas e luz e tomadas por todo o apto . E achei ele bem grande, iluminado e confortável ! Voltarei mais vezes com certeza . Preço ótimo .

Ottima posizione per visitare la città. Indicazioni precise per il self-check in e parcheggio in struttura molto comodo. L’host disponibilissimo a dare informazioni di vario tipo.

Tudo perfeito

Antes de chegarmos, recebemos instruções detalhadas com fotos de como entrar no apartamento. Chegando lá, estava tudo limpo e organizado. A Cristina estava sempre disponível para responder qualquer dúvida. O apartamento fica muito bem localizado para ir a pé até o centro histórico e na praça bem na frente do prédio tem uma “casa de água” onde podemos pegar água normal ou com gás por apenas 5 centavos o litro. A cozinha é bem completa, com o suficiente para podermos fazer refeições no apartamento. Tivemos um problema com as chaves, que foi culpa nossa, e a Cristina prontamente enviou alguém para nos ajudar.

Un bel soggiorno centrale per chi non volesse andare in Hotel

Un bellissimo appartamento, spazioso e centrale. Tutto molto pulito ed in ordine e la cucina attrezzata per tutti i bisogni. Consigliabile in coppia o anche in gruppi fino a 6-8 persone. Proprietari accoglientissimi e anche di aiuto quando abbiamo chiesto la fattura fiscale.
