Comfortable, Great Air con and close to the city

We needed a last minute booking on a Saturday night, and something air conditioned being very hot days (36 degrees) in Aosta. This room had great air conditioning, and a comfortable bed and the location is close to the old city which was great too. We had a very warm welcome too by the owners parents.

Room didn't fully match the booking description on Booking.com. Cooktop wasn't available but luckily the owner brought one too us. No free toiletries as advertised either. Eternal private bathroom was not private as others on the floor were using it. Lot of money for one night.

Host very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was very clean and furniture looked new. Excellent location near the centre of Aosta. Free parking close to accommondation available.

Street is quite noisy, but closing the window and shutters helped.

A hidden gem in a beautiful location.

The size of the room, the cleanliness, the facilities, the modern bathroom and the location - being less than 5 minutes on foot from the old city - met all of our expectations. The host family was very welcoming, kind, available and helpful with providing itinerary information. No problems were encountered during our stay.

Although the purpose of the visit was to explore the area and not necessarily stay in the room all the time, the only additional element to add would be a television in the room.

Was greeted with a whats app message from Eugenio, who is really friendly, with loads of information about where the apartment was, how to get in, where to park, places to eat etc which was really helpful. we booked quite late in the evening but still greeted us at the door with our keys. Our room was lovely (looked newly renovated which was really nice!) would recommend and would defo stay again!

Eugenio is most friendly and helpful, arranging for my early check-in at short notice. I can see that he is fully committed to give his guests the most comfortable stay possible. It is also obvious that he has put much thought into designing an apartment which is simple yet functional.

Aosta is beautiful and we wished we had been able to spend longer there

Host very friendly, helpful and flexible. Accommodation was very clean, well furnished, comfortable and quiet. Excellent location near the centre of Aosta and we were able to park opposite for free.

good value for large room

a few blocks from the main pedestrian area, large room and I appreciated a clothes line. the manager was very helpful and accomodating. He gave us good tips for the city. Room had nice bathroom, terrace and clothes line too.

①　オーナーであるユージーンさんのホスピタリティとサポーティブな姿勢は旅行者には頼もしい限りです。 ②　彼はこちらが質問したり、リクエストすると、すぐにWhat'sApp で情報を広く教えてくれ、自分の考えやお薦めの理由も伝えてくれます。観光情報や旅行情報だけでなく、使い勝手の良いスーパーマーケットや、美味しいジェラート屋なども、頼まなくても教えてくれました。「こちらから言わなくても、かゆいところに手が届く」、そんなホスピタリティを感じました。 ③　繊細で合理的な客室設計なのでとにかく快適です。また、客室は広く、清潔です。そして細やかな点まで合理的で、よく考えられているので、日常的に旅行している私でも、何気ないことにも感心することが何回もありました。

良くなかった点はありませんでした。 ①　強いて言えば、鉄道駅から歩いて10分以上かかることですが、路線バスのバス停が近くにあるので問題ありません。そのバス停からは、アオスタ駅だけでなく、クールマイユールにも行くことができます（1時間に2便程度ですが） ②　客室は普通のビルのワンフロアを使っており、ビルの入口を探すのが難しいので、事前にオーナーに連絡して確認しておく必要があります。 ③　ビルのエレベーターが古くて狭いので、最初はびっくり人がいるかもしれませんが、ヨーロッパではよくあるエレベーターです。レトロなエレベーターなので逆に面白いかも。 ④　フロントがないので、観光中、重たい鍵を持ち歩かなければならなかったのが、唯一面倒だったかな。

Toppen läge, fint rum och gratis parkeringar på gatan!

Vi blev välkomnade av ägaren direkt vid porten som genast visade oss åt vilket håll centrum låg, vilket var super nära lägenheten, cirka 3 minuters promenad till gågatan. Han kontrollerade även att vi hade parkerat rätt och på en gratis plats. Det finns gratisparkeringar på stora gatan precis utanför byggnaden. Vårat rum var nyrenoverat, väldigt rent och stort! Jättebra badrum och vi hade även en balkong. Mycket trevlig värd som direkt vid bokning delade bra information om Aosta via WhatsApp. Lätt att få tag på vid frågor. Fräscht, modernt, bra läge och gratis parkering på gatan. Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse!

Perfecte locatie op loopafstand (ook voor ouderen) van het centrum, maar de gastheer was nog attenter, denkt werkelijk aan alles, parkeren, eten, winkels, tips…accommodatie was goed, modern, airco, nieuwe badkamer, balkon… werkelijk beste prijs/kwaliteit die ik in jaren heb gehad.

Geweldige host, onhandige badkamer met toilet op gang.

De host is geweldig behulpzaam. We konden er onze was doen. We kregen informatie over mooie wandelingen en konden altijd een bericht sturen.

Het is bijzonder onhandig (zeker ‘s nachts) dat de persoonlijke badkamer met toilet op een gezamenlijke gang is.
