Nice comfortable apartment in good location, newly refurbished, clean with good facilities

Good location. Not far to walk to restaurants and shops. Parking in secure car park was ideal. Nice views from the rooms. The apartment was newly refurbished, modern and clean. It was really useful having a dishwasher and washing machine. Comfortable.

No entrance hall so the main door of the apartment opened into the living area so if using the sofa as pull out bed you walked straight into the bed.

The apartment is more than comfortable and quite close to the city center.

Host was hurrying us to check-out as soon as possible even though we asked to extend the check-out by a reasonable amount of time. Added unknown taxes that can be paid only by cash. Last but not least, we were told not to leave any garbage not even in the trash which I found quite strange, otherwise we would have paid the cleaning services. Deposit policy is a bit out of hand's reach.

The rooms are clean but the financial procedure is a nightmare

The deposit is still pending , we still had not get back the deposit to our bank account after 5 weeks , it is uncceptable !!! ☹️☹️☹️

Very nice stay

Well organised stay with information through Whatsapp before arrival by the friendly host. Nice, clean appartment with everything you need! You can park the car in front of the building.

There were some problems with releasing the deposit on the credit card after we left the appartment, but the host was very willing to help solving them.

The apartment was okay to spend a night on our way back home. It was clean and everything was at hand. It is close to the centre of Aosta.

The deposit of 300 euros and the way the organization handles this. They 'threaten' to give you a penalty (!) on the deposit if you might forget to put the garbage in the bins outside (they consider it extra costs for cleaning the apartment). And at the same time, they take a very long time to pay back the deposit - I have been waiting for a week now while we left everything nice, clean and without garbage :).

Exceptional

Very nicely decorated, clean and very comfy beds. Air conditioning. Elevator. Everything you might need in the kitchen and bathrooms.

We only stayed for one night. Didn't have time to discover the surroundings but it seemed a bit remote.

Très bien

L'appartement était spacieux, bien assez de place pour une famille avec un enfant. La personne de contacte a pu répondre à toutes nos questions et nos demandes. L'emplacement était très bien, avec place de parc devant l'immeuble et barrière de sécurité. Un poil loin pour aller à pied jusqu'à la rue piétonne, surtout en hiver lorsqu'il fait très froid. Lors de saisons plus douce l'emplaceme t est très bien pour se rendre a pied au centre d'Aoste.

Rien de spécial, c'est un établissement qui pourrait nous intéresser à nouveau si un prochain séjour à Aoste se présentait.

Appartamento in ordine,ben arredato, tutto al posto giusto. Caldo ed accogliente e pulito. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo passato Solo Una notte ad Aosta ma è un alloggio che può essere sfruttato per più giorni. Vicino al centro 10 Min. a piedi. Le ragazze al telefono sono state professionali. Non c'è stato nessun tipo di problema. Tutte le indicazioni date erano semplici

L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuto sono stati i cuscini troppo bassi ( ce ne voleva un altro paio)
