Excellent stay - great host and location

Alberto met us on arrival, showed us round the apartment as well as the ski/bike locker and how the gate and security gates work. Super fast WiFi throughout the apartment, washing machine and dishwasher came in handy, 5 min walk to Pila Gondola...it is a fantastically convenient place to stay.

I had a very pleasant stay.

The location is perfect; it's close to the Aosta-Pila lift (6/7 minutes walk) and the supermarket, so you can get everything. The apt has its own heated ski room where you can change and store the equipment, which is perfect. The manager of the apt is approachable and will respond to queries instantly.

If the kitchen has an oven, that would be great. There is a microwave to use, though.

Great value and very good attention to detail. The property is very close to the ski lift and grocery store, a short stroll from town. Everything is clear, considerate gifts on arrival, great car parking and ski storage. Will be coming again!

A modern apartment in a beautiful city beside a beautiful ski resort.

It is a fantastic bike and ski apartment in Aosta city. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very well laid out, and felt comfortable the moment we arrived. Everything was extremely easy. Access to skiing was straightforward and having a supermarket right next door was a huge bonus. I’d also say that Alberto was nothing short of amazing as a host. From the first contact to our departure, he was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. He made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. A really high-quality place to stay and one I would happily recommend.

Stunning location, stunning apartment and stunning views.

Brilliant apartment in an amazing location, very short walk to the ski lift and 5 mins into the old town. Beautifully set out and decorated. Unbelievable views from every window and the balcony, I especially enjoyed the view of Monte Emilius from the living room. A real privilege to stay here, would definitely return.

Beautiful apartment for the skier or biker adventurers

Modern, beautifully designed, and surprisingly spacious apartment. The bed linens were excellent and the beds and pillows were genuinely comfortable — one of those places you actually sleep well in. The owner was incredibly polite, welcoming, and accommodating, explaining everything clearly and helping us out so much during our stay. That personal touch really made a difference. Every now and again you come across a real gem, and this place absolutely fits the bill. If you’re coming for skiing or biking, I honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough. A spectacular place to stay.

Super comfy

Everything was very well organized and planned. The manager was helpful and super reachable. He helped with every single detail. The car park was good. They let our car parked after we checked out. It was a really clean stay. I love shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom. The guideline in the room about Aosta was fantastic.

There were small flies in the room and it was a bit cold.(22,5 degrees). Also since it was located near street; it could be noisy at night. Be careful if you are sensitive to those.

Best place to stay in Aosta

Our second stay at The Le Lion Apartments. The apartment has everything for a perfect stay - from washing machine to dishwasher, equipped kitchen, as well as great local cosmetics with amazing fragrance. Private parking, pet friendly, 5-7 mins on foot to grocery store and 10 mins to city center. It's a good location to reach different hiking trails around. Special thanks to Alberto for warm stay and flawless management of this property.

A great apartment with the bonus of a balcony & free parking.

Everything was to a high standard & the kitchen was well equipped & the bed very comfortable. Alberto made us feel very welcome & gave us information for our stay. We loved having a balcony with the views of the mountains. The parking was a great asset & the location was in easy walking distance to the centre. We have already recommended the apartment to our friends & would return.

Best accommodation for mountain bikers

The accommodation had dedicated storage for bikes where you could lock your bike in your own storage unit, and you could also charge an electric bike there. Really nice apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. Even a large van could be parked easily. A big plus for the new bike storage facilities.

modern apartment close to the historic city and the pila cabinlift

Comfy, spacious, lovely, very clean, two bedrooms with good beds (1x double, 1x twin), ample storage, safety box, good internet, balcony, washing machine, well equiped kitchen, easy off street parking, Alberto very helpful and speaks good English, close (5min walk) to historic city, even closer to Pila Cabinlift and a big supermarket;

it was a bit on the noisy side (traffic noise in the distance + the odd group of drunks heading off home at 3 am). However, I suspect it wouod be the same anywhere in Aosta. Most of the noise came from motorbikes reving up quite a distance from the property.

Clean, quiet apartment a short walk from Old Town Aosta, ideal for a family.

Alberto was an excellent and welcoming property manager who met us with the key and showed us around the apartment. The apartment is in a quiet location close to groceries and a short distance from the start of the Old Town. The central AC unit was a lifesaver for hot summer temperatures, and the washing machine was very nice to have in the apartment. Everything was clean and in good working order. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, it was nice to be able to prepare meals at the apartment. The elevator/lift made accessibility easy and the on-site parking was convenient.

This is a fantastic place. So new, everything works perfectly and nothing is missing. Alberto us the ultimate manager - he was so helpful and friendly. Even if you are not visiting for skiing or MTB, this place is the best place to stay in Aosta. It is perfection!

Three nights in summer Aosta

We appreciated how clean and well prepared for clients the apartment was. The kitchen had all appliances you could think of (including more than adequate stock of nespresso capsules and dishwasher tablets) and a generous welcome package. The bathroom even had slippers! The apartment was spacious and spotless clean with the children sleeping on staple beds. It's located walking distance to the city centre full of restaurants, bars and shops. Also a huge supermarket (open 7.30 till 20.30 every day) is walking distance. Alberto was very welcoming, always available and provided great tips for Aosta. The apartment and the whole house is very secure with elevator and secure storage for bikes.

Brilliant, Clean, Comfortable fun!

(copied from my Google maps review) This was a great place to stay in for skiing in Pila over me and my girlfriend’s 5 day trip. Firstly, the location is ideal, just 2 minutes away from the supermarket and then just 1 minute further from the Aosta-Pila cable cars. We stayed in Voisson Aqua, which was perfect for 2 people, equipped with a luxurious roll-top bath, a beautiful walk-in shower, and somehow a bunch of free amenities on arrival, including beer, wine, chocolates and biscuits, and a fully stocked set of kitchenware for all of your cooking needs. Importantly, this was super cleanly, and had the option to replace towels regularly, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. The host was really kind and helpful and we can’t recommend this place enough, especially on a budget!
