Excellent host and excellent stay for a family. Highly recommend!

The host was friendly, helpful, and earnest in ensuring we had the best time we possibly could. The appartment was spotlessly clean with an excellent location. We walked through downtown many times and enjoyed returning the appartment for our home base. The two rooms and three beds worked perfect for our family of four. The kitchen we well appointed and made cooking meals easy.

The appartment is small with limited counter space so we had to get creative on where we stored our pantry items. We were staying for a week and do a lot of cooking so probably more than normal.

Exceptional, highly recommend

Luisa was an exceptional host from a warm welcome, to the cleanliness of the apartment and welcome gifts when we arrived. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed and more. We were travelling with our 1 year old and Luisa had set up a high chair and a cot with sheets for us. The location was great, a short walk to Aosta central, and there was lift access to the apartment. The views are incredible and we had one of the best night's sleep we've had in a very long time!

It could be the best apartment in Aosta

Luisa the host looked after us as a concierge from enquiry to departure. The apartment is clean and all new, nice local restaurant & rental car office downstairs, supermarket opposite, the old town awaits us over the road. The cable car carry us to the Pilla is about five minutes walk also is next to huge supermarket. We could buy anything we want to eat and kept healthy diet every day. There were everything we need for family ski holiday.

Beautiful apartment - Superbly located

The apartment was superbly located. 5/10 minute walk to the gondola lift to Pila and 2 minutes to the historic town centre full of beautiful bars and restaurants. Luisa was an amazing host who had prepared us fully for our visit with links to restaurants, ski hire etc. The apartment was fully equipped, clean and warm. Luisa left us all essentials and some little treats too! I would highly recommend this apartment

Don’t be intimidated by the building. The apartment is clean and well equipped with everything needed for the stay. The apartment was recently renovated. Very close to the city center. Luisa is a great host and was very communicative. Would definitely come back someday.

Perfect accomodation with a fantastic view.

Luisa met us at the door and had great communication, showed us around and how everything worked and then checked later on to see if we'd like any recommendations for restaurants.

I'm a little scard of heights and the balcony is on the 7th floor, not a complaint at all just an observation.

Perfect vacation in beautiful Aosta

Appartment is wonderful! We had a perfect vacation in beautiful Aosta, this cozy and charming apartment in very central place with few minutes access to city center, restaurants and Pila gondola lift. Appartment is wonderful! New, after renovation, extremelly clean and modern, warm and homely, super decorated, with everything what you may need even more. Crazy mountain view in big windows! Luisa was so friendly and so welcome that you feel like coming home. It was very pleasant to find Aosta's wine in room, cookies, tea/coffee, etc... We were surrounded with care and attention during our stay. Dear Luisa, thank you for all your care!! Will be glad to stay here again and not once!

Absolutely PERFECT location, everything in the apartment was brand new and obviously very recently renovated to a high standard. Luisa was a perfect host and couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay went smoothly.

Nice, clean and modern. The beds were awesome as was the shower and everything else. Even a good coffee machine 😊 The host were really nice and helpful. The apartment is very close to beautiful Pila skiing area. The old town near by has good restaurants and nice shopping opportunities and there are a good Carrefour market close to the apartment.

Louisa the owner of the apartment went out of her way to help and made us happy and comfortable as if we were at home. She started chatting with me days before our arrival, she gave me hints where to go and what to do since we were with our children. She even took our luggages to the train station by her car. And since my daughter had her birthday she surprised her with a lovely cake 🍰 Apartment very clean with everything you need. Thanks again Louisa ❤️👍

Excellent location, renovated apartment, super clean and well equipet. Our host helped with every question we had and was very helpful. They think of the little things that make your stay just perfect. The central heating was not operating during our stay at the end of October, but we could use the air condition in the apartment instead! The apartment was just renovated and had everything we needed in perfect condition.

A home away from home

Everything. The property was absolutely perfect. the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. It had all the amenities needed, very well equipped, including Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Dryer etc. The owner of the place, Luisa was very helpful and extremely gracious. She even baked us gluten free buns for breakfast. We were all very grateful and certainly enjoy our stay there. Will definitely return in passing by, subject to availability.

The elevator was under construction when we arrived. Hopefully it will be repaired by the time you visit.

Location was pretty top notch - 5 minutes by foot from down town and 5 minutes from the ski lift and a shopping center Host was extremely nice and place was super clean.

Wonderful place to stay in Aosta

Luisa was absolutely amazing with communication prior to arriving (and during our stay). We got some great recommendations for restaurants and we were able to take our dog to most of them. Also Luisa was very helpful recommending lovely places to visit. It felt like nothing was too much trouble for Luisa. As we were travelling through Europe, we used the option of paid underground car parking with Luisa (which was just across the road) and this was super useful for us! The apartment itself was spotless and very well equipped with a hob, oven, microwave and all the utensils to prepare a lovely meal with all the amazing local produce (there's a great supermarket very close to the apartment). The views from the apartment are amazing too! The bedroom (we only used the bigger bed) was perfect as it was air conditioned and you could electronically put the shutters down if you wanted to not wake up with the morning sun. Our doggie loved it too and was also made very welcome with a bed and doggie bowls. I would not hesitate in recommending a stay in this apartment. We hope to stay again one day :-)

Pernottamento magico

Tutto! Appartamento vicinissimo al centro storico di Aosta. Al settimo piano di una piccola palazzina, abbiamo trascorso la notte nel silenzio assoluto. L'appartamento MODERNISSIMO ha tutto ciò che può servire e molto di più, la cortesia e disponibiltà della padrona di casa sono doti difficilissime da trovare al giorno d'oggi. I locali sono grandi, caldi e confortevoli. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Luisa!!

Superbe appartement avec un accueil 5 étoiles

L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal à 2 pas du centre ville avec une possibilité de parking 👍 L’appartement est très bien agencé et pour une fois, il y a des crochets pour pendre ses affaires 🥳 Notre chien a aussi passé un excellent séjour grâce aux attentions de Luisa qui nous a tous accueillis merveilleusement 🫶 mille merci pour cette nuit au 7eme ciel 😉

建物自体は新しくありませんが、部屋は全面改装されていて、内装も設備も大変きれいで機能的でした。部屋は７階にあり、きれいな山々の景色を楽しめます。ホストのルイサさんはとても親切で気配りがきく方です。私達夫婦はトリノからバスで来たのですが、アオスタのバスステーションまで車で迎えに来てくださいました。部屋の中の設備の使い方などを一つ一つ丁寧に教えてもらい、アオスタでの滞在を快適に過ごすことができました。

Un apartamento muy cómodo y funcional. Muy bien situado y con la posibilidad de parking. Esto es muy importante ya que aparcar por la zona es complicado. Tiene aire acondicionado lo que se agradece en días cálidos. Luisa es una anfitriona muy amable y dispuesta a hacer que la estancia sea de nuestro agrado. Tiene muchos detalles con los huéspedes.
