Rocío Duplex Apartment

El duplex está súper bien ubicado en pleno Triana, está totalmente equipado con lo que necesitas, es muy bonito y acogedor no le falta detalle

Solamente te podrías quejar del ruido que se oye por la calle ,pero si lo haces es porque no sabes que allí es algo normal, estás en pleno centro y tiene mucho movimiento de gente

Todo muy cuidado, con buen gusto en la decoración y cocina completisima. Amplio y práctico. La ducha de abajo tipo hammam era ideal!

Diferencia de temperatura entre las dos plantas. Abajo hay humedad y arriba calor, pero se arregla rápido con los splits de aire disponibles.

Appartamento molto carino, comodo per due coppie potendo stare ognuna su un piano con il proprio bagno. Posizione comoda a pochi passi dal fiume, dal ponte e da tanti localini. Bagno di sotto con vasca interrata molto bella. Detergente per la doccia fornito in gran quantità e di qualità e profumo molto buoni (usato anche per lavarmi velocemente i capelli). Piccola bottiglia di vino di benvenuto, caffè e acqua.

Non c'è il bidet e nemmeno un doccino, quindi bisogna o farsi mezza doccia o organizzarsi con le salviette (...). La parte di sotto rimane umida (i teli del bagno rimangono bagnati) e fredda (anche alzando tanto il riscaldamento). Il divano-letto di sopra non è molto comodo. Non siamo riusciti ad avere accesso in entrata alla porta di sotto, che da direttamente sulla strada e quindi sarebbe comoda, ma l'abbiamo utilizzata soltanto per uscire.

Triana is a beautiful neighbourhood, easily reached by walking across the bridge from the busier parts of Sevilla. The apartment itself is newly renovated and clean. We admittedly had a less-than-favourable experience during our stay, but members of the Magno Apartments team reached out to me after I posted my initial review. They were very receptive to feedback & transparent about their use of (and ongoing adaptions!) AI. They fully refunded me for the stay, and were very consistent and clear in their communication throughout the refund process. As a guest, obviously, it would have been preferred to be met with this level of care and consideration during the stay itself. Still, they've been extremely proactive in trying to make amends & ensure we were taken care of after our stay, which we greatly appreciate!

Unfortunately, the host did not send us check-in instructions in advance, and Magno (the property management company/host) was unreachable on the day of. It is my understanding that it is not standard for them (we received an automated WhatsApp message the evening before that implied we had already been sent the code). So getting into the apartment was a nightmare. We were stuck in the rain after a long travel day, talking to an AI guest services robot over WhatsApp. Once we finally got a code for the front gate, our apartment door wouldn't unlock. The doorknob itself or the deadbolt wasn't working properly. I sent some videos of what was happening via WhatsApp, and the AI chatbot told us to try more force, and unfortunately, I did hurt myself and cut my hand trying to turn the knob forcibly. Eventually, they connected us to a live person who helped immediately, unlocked the deadbolt remotely, and then our code worked. Once inside, while the apartment is brand new, they clearly hadn't given much thought to the guest experience. To my relief, there was a first aid kit in the bathroom, but it was empty except for a pair of tweezers. While the apartment was clean and had luxury features (a very modern, well-stocked kitchen, for example), we found it difficult to settle in or feel at home after our initial arrival.
