La casa era spaziosa e comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro. Aria condizionata nella camera spaziosa e nel soggiorno.

Ho avuto problemi nel riuscire a comunicare con il gestore, eravamo già a Siviglia e non rispondeva ai messaggi. Poi ha cercato di recuperare accertandosi che tutto andasse bene. Sfortunatamente c'erano lavori di ristrutturazione proprio nell'appartamento accanto al nostro, grazie al cielo iniziavano a lavorare verso le 9.00. Ultima cosa, aggiungere qualche bicchiere in più non guasterebbe

More than a room, this is an apartment, clean, with kitchen, fridge and utensils. Good location, walking distance from all the action. No elevator, 3rd floor, free parking a couple of blocks down the street. Good value. Definitely would return here.

Está precioso, bien organizado, buen estilo, muy limpio, excelente zona, supermercado a 10 pasos.

El televisor de la habitación no tenía señal y no se podían ver los canales.

The apartment itself is nice. The fan in the bathroom is very noisy. The sofa bed is really dusty - people with allergies wouldn't stand it! Everything else was great! The location is top! The neighborhood is lovely! Everything you need is literally nearby and the Dia supermarket is in the building nextdoor which is super useful. The parking was easy to find thanks to previous comments - next to LIDL below the padel club.

Check-in was a nightmare! They sent us the wrong location, which was for another apartment - we ran into a girl who had just come out of the bathroom... After HALF an hour they sent us the wrong code for the right apartment and after another hour they sent some guy to change the lock which was without battery. In the mean time nothing was explained to us and of course we started thinking this was a scam. Fortunately it wasn't.
