Amanda was so accommodating and responsive to requests: such as check-in time and check-in process. The place is so well decorated--HGTV would be so proud. LOL!!!
Additional mirrors. We were there for a wedding. We wanted to look our best. :-) The one single mirror in the bathroom inhibited our vanity. LOL!!

The best of the best. Everything is more than perfect. The rooms are lovely, beautiful, clean, well-designed and quiet. Large screen to enjoy watching. Better Wi-Fi connection. Tea and the other services are more than perfect. Amanda took us to the supermarket by her car. One of us said I wish to live her forever. She is 89 years and the most famous voice actress from Japan- Astro Boy. Our friends took us to PIXAR and ILM studios. Oakland Airport is very close. Defenetely we shall be back to Moonlit Serenity next time.
