The host is very friendly and accessible. The location is great. Nice neighborhood. Conveniently close to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, a theater and nice weekend farmers market.
To access the unit you have to go up a tiny steep street that most Ubers won’t drive up. The unit itself is one level but there are a lot of stairs to get to the entrance. It’s doable but we had some older family members with us.
Bedrooms are spacious. Two of the 4 bathrooms are tight with small showers. The photos are not up-to-date. The unit was cluttered

We loved staying in the apartment!!! It was super comfortable and roomie enough for our family of 5! It was a great place to stay the holidays while being close to extended family. The owners were wonderful! We would love to stay there again!

Great neighborhood. Wonderful common space including very large private deck. The 4 bedrooms are a bit on the cozy side, but each did come with its own bathroom. The host was very communicative and flexible.

This could have been a 4 star review, except that we received no check-in instructions. The first member of our party arrived at 3 pm and the cleaning service had just arrived to start cleaning. They were unaware that there would be guests that night. I appears that the manager forgot our reservation. After our two night stay, there were no check-out instructions.
This apartment met our needs with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. It sleeps 8, but one is on a futon on the floor. My biggest issue is with parking. All 8 people better come in one car. There is one parking space; other parking is 2-hour, metered, on the street, or full of residents and subject to variable big-city rules; read the signs carefully. Also the driveway is steep so that low clearance cars will scrape bottom.
There are deferred maintenance issues in the apartment: window blinds are old and damaged, some windows have none; a towel rack fell off when we touched it; a bathroom window was held open by a shampoo bottle.
On Thursday night there was a concert in a nearby restaurant or bar. It was very nice music with a solo singer and guitar, but it was amplified, with an enthusiastic crowd and it went past 10:00pm.
