Enjoy your family dinners on our thoughtful and spacious dining table featuring our grand table that can seat up to 8 people.

The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, full size fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee & tea station, and the basics to cook a nice meal. Enjoy your meals in the breakfast nook.

Both bedrooms are equipped with queen beds, wardrobes, and desk spaces to work.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has all of your essentials - towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, hairdryer, cotton swabs, q-tips.

Equipped with washer/dryer and all the basics.

Backyard:
The outdoor space is a wonderful place to unwind. Soak the sun on the Day-beds and patio chairs.
Enjoy a romantic dinner under the string lights and end the night with a glass of wine(or two) around the fire-pit under the string lights.

Parking:
We offer only 1 paid parking on the property driveway for $25/night or $50 per stay. Please let us know to reserve your spot.

Early Check-in / Late Checkout:
Additional fees of $50/hr from the standard time.
Please ask us for an early check-in, we will try our best to accommodate you.
The additional fee helps us get the place ready as per your schedule and compensate our cleaners for the extra help they bring in accordingly.

For all your travel needs, we are located close to our neighborhood convenience store and a short walk to the nearby Whole Foods and Walgreens.

Other things to note
The couch in the living room lays flat and pulls out to a Queen Size bed.
We provide Mattress topper, comforter, bedsheet and pillows for a comfortable stay.
For infants/toddlers, we provide(upon request) a crib, high chair, changing table and pack n play crib.
Street Parking on the entire street, except right next to the store, is free. Please be careful of street cleaning days (2nd & 4th Mondays and Tuesdays: 12.30 - 3.30pm). The security cameras are located outside the front entrance, facing the street. There is also a security camera outside the back door, pointed out towards the backyard.
These cameras are motion activated and record as long as any movement exists.

Nicely decorated, comfortable Oakland home. This was a perfect place for 2 couples while we were visiting our kids at Berkeley. Alli was a gracious host and very easy to communicate with. We also really enjoyed the backyard as a hangout spot and the lighting after dark. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect place for my family to stay during my daughter's graduation from UC Berkeley. Restaurants were close and not as crowded as they were closer to campus. We got uber eats sandwiches after her grad and had the best time in the cute, sunny backyard.

Wonderful property. Bedrooms are very large and kitchen is great. Nice the front yard is fenced with a gate, and backyard is lovely.
