This beautiful ground level flat on the edge of Elmwood and Rockridge is the perfect base for your visit. The spacious home is filled with light and has two bedrooms, a large living-dining room, top-of-the-line appliances and a bathroom. Beautiful bathroom and unique tile work. A secure private entrance leads to a garden with a fire pit and cozy chairs. Built in 1919 and remodeled in 2021, this fully-restored Berkeley-style house is filled with character and life. The Rockridge BART station, only a 10-minute walk away, connects you to the heart of San Francisco within 20 minutes. If you're headed towards campus, there's a bus stop right across the street that makes it a couple-minute ride away! Hop on a Ford GOBike at the station just half a block from our home - an affordable and eco-friendly way to explore the area on a one-way trip or day-long adventure. E-scooters are also readily available nearby for a fun, quick jaunt without breaking a sweat.
