About this apartment rental
Luxury furnished flat; gourmet kitchen, two limestone baths, steam shower, Home Theater, Redwood 25 foot living/ dining room with fireplace. Bamboo floors. Three+ bedrooms, laundry room, parking for 1 car, large deck has view of SF bay.
The entry is down two flights of stairs from the street.
The home theater has 13 foot ceilings in a 25 by 16 foot room with a projector and a 10 foot movie screen. It comes appointed with a Library stocked with reference books, children’s books, etc. Comfy chairs and sofa for family or group viewing. Doubles as a fourth guest bedroom with twin trundle day bed.
Large master bedroom suite with a deck offering a bay view and high, open beamed ceilings. Second bedroom has a hillside view. Third bedroom is off the laundry room and it has a full and a single.
For larger parties the home theater doubles as fourth bedroom. Master bedroom has a King size bed. Second bedroom has a queen. Third bedroom has a full size bed and a twin loft bed.
Master bathroom has 2 vessel sinks with DornBracht faucets, limestone tile throughout. The second Bath has custom extra deep jetted tub. Gourmet custom kitchen with Brazilian marble countertops, custom cherry cabinets, Bosch dishwasher, Kitchenaid fridge, and a Viking range
There is a carport with covered parking for one car and space for another car to park behind it.

We had an amazing stay here in Berkeley. The apartment is nice and spacious and the view from the balcony exceptional.

The view is phenomenal of the Bay. The deck runs the entire length of the condo and we loved sitting out there when the weather was nice. The kitchen is big with a Viking stove/oven, big KitchenAid fridge and a Bosch dishwasher, so we were able to make a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. There is a lot of room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a media room with a projector/screen for watching movies. Be aware that the glass doors lock by pulling up on the handles. We didn't know that and spent one night with the doors slamming in the wind. The only issue for us was the cleanliness when we first got there. There was hair on the bathroom floors, some mold in the shower and a lot of heavy dust on the wall art. Once I cleaned the floors, I felt better. It is very close to Memorial Stadium which was a real plus for us since we went to two football games. The roads getting to the condo reminded us of Europe. They are single lane and narrow but the view tells the story.

The two best things about this condo were:
1) It took us 6 minutes to walk to the game. It is really much closer than it appears on a map because there are stairs to the stadium that cut off one of the switchbacks.
2) The views were really top notch. My daughter and some friends came up from campus for a pasta dinner and it was the perfect place to hang out on the deck and watch the sunset before the game!
