Appartamento moderno, nuovo, perfettamente equipaggiato, arredato in stile industrial ma soprattutto pulito. Anche l’edificio che ospita l’appartamento è nuovo, la struttura intera è paragonabile ad un residence, si ha estrema libertà di movimento.

Absolutely perfect spot for the money I paid. A cozy apartment with everything you need. I was staying alone, so it was really all I required. The host is extremely nice and helpful. Yes, getting to the apartments may seem "an issue" for some as it's in this industrial area that can seem dark and "scary", but I didn't mind it - in fact, it's my kind of scene. I was on foot, and finding it was easy, getting back there late at night after the show I went to was easy. It's really all there. We're in 2026, you can use Google Maps, and the instructions are clear on what you're supposed to do. The apartment was clean and up to par. I don't mind the train noise, but you get earplugs for free if you're light on sleep. For my needs for a one night stay, this was just what I needed, and I don't really have any complaints.

The only thing that was a bit of a scare is that there was this kinda big step moving from the entry/kitchen area to the bedroom part, and it kinda freaked me out the first time, but then I knew it was there and I had no problems. In fact, it was mentioned earlier, I just forgot since it's been more some time since I booked the place and it slipped my mind. But I don't count that as "the owner's fault". Also, not sure, and could an issue on my end, but I couldn't find how to open the window fully. But the AC helped.
