Departamento cómodo. Lindo. Prolijo. Limpio. Amplio. Nuevo. Cerca del parque y de la cervecería (hacer un tour).
El departamento esta en el 4to piso, es todo caminando por escaleras. Esta alejado del centro. No dejan sábanas (no se si no se usan o no las dejaron). El check-in era a las 16.00hs y nos dieron las llaves 17.35hs (perdimos mucho tiempo - deberian cambiar el horario a las 15hs). La entrada es por atras del edificio lla entrada es por el estacionamiento, no tenían las llaves en la caja de entrada. Nos costó comunicarnos con ellos. No recibimos un instructivo de ingreso con clave de acceso. Tienen que mejorar las indicaciones para ingresar.

La posizione, il parcheggio privato, l'alloggio mansardato restaurato.
Condizioni del resto dello stabile quasi fatiscenti (escluso l'ultimo piano restaurato con l'alloggio usato). Il water del bagno con pochissimo spazio per l'uso. Di 3 zanzariere solo una funzionante.

Support: we had an issue with the TV and we didn’t receive support at all. There is no elevator: 3 floor by feet.

La suddivisione degli spazi funzionale,posizione tranquilla.
C'erano la capelli sparsi in soggiorno/cucina e soprattutto sul pavimento e sanitari del bagno.
