About this apartment rental
Studio is excellent situated in the quiet area of historical city centre on Mala ulica street; just a step away from famous Three Bridges, river banks and other city attractions. It is on the ground floor of a traditional building with high ceilings.
The studio with air-condition has a king size bed 180 x 200 cm (2x mattress 90 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (90 x 180 cm), functional kitchen area with stove, oven and big refrigerator, dining table for four and bathroom with shower. It offers a free WiFi and is equipped with all the needed cooking utensils, cutlery, toaster, washing machine, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, LCD TV with cable channels. Towels and linen are provided.
It has its own parking lot (only for personal vehicles that do not exceed the usual size of 4.5m) - daily price is 15 €, monthly price is 150 €. Reservations must be made in advance.
This property features self-check-in only via smart lock. Arrival takes place from 14:00 and departure up to 10:00.
The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
We offer private airport transfer to/from Ljubljana airport and airports in neighboring countries, guided tours, a car with a driver or just tips for individual trips around Slovenia.

Location was convenient. Parking is not free and a little cumbersome to get in and out with locking chain in and out. Had trouble with getting key out of lock. Would have been nice if parking was included. Host was very nice and helpful. Very responsive with texts. We needed more bottles of soap/shampoo/conditioner for the number of days we were there. Office was closed for weekend so couldn’t request for more.

Very spacious and great location. However, the listing is a bit misleading. The main advertising pic is of a lovely courtyard—one of the main draws for our reservation. We love having outdoor space. Unfortunately, this is just a pic from a mostly blocked window and actually belongs to another apartment! The “outside” dining is actually a bistro table at the entrance which is in a gravel parking lot-not very appealing. Also, the shower is a joke—prob the smallest I have ever used. Too small to even bend over without your butt touching the wall and not a single shelf in shower for soap/shampoo, etc. (so you have to bend over to get bottles off the floor!)
Positives—location. Just walk out the door and your are in the middle of everything (and literally across the street from the pickup point for many tour companies). Good amount of storage space. Staff on site a quick 2 min walk away.
