Clanwilliam Dam House

Entertainment area is well appointed with an outdoor braai and barbeque, hot tub, pool lots of loungers umbrellas and very big table for a big family. A wonderful entetainment house with upstairs patio ideal for ebreakfast overlooking the dam. Amphiwe, the houseman was friendly , helpful and professional.

Unfortunately the dam construction work was noisy during the day and charred on the view. Access to the entertainment area is through the bedrooms unless you walk around the house and down to the area

The perfect Holiday home!! We could have stayed an extra week. The HOT tub was a hit! Kids and adults were all happy. Amphiwe was an exceptional host - attentive and just sooo sweet. What a gem! We will be back!

Amphiwe, the live in caretaker, met us at the gate with a huge smile and he immediately made us feel welcome. Showed us around, explained everything and asked whether he could light the fires for us. Great reception and he was warm and attentive throughout our stay! The outdoor entertainment area is vast and absolutely devine! Only some vegetation between the entertainment area and the dam makes it very private. The house has everything that you need, and it feels like a place where a lot of special family time is spent.
