Top Lage. Sehr sauber. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Angenehm kühl, auch ohne Aktivierung der Klimaanlage. Für eine Person ideal, zu mehreren Personen vielleicht ein bisschen eng. Lage im Erdgeschoss sehr bequem. Angenehme und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per WhatsApp. Super Matratze, nicht zu weich.
Relativ dunkel und wird schnell feucht. Aber mit Lüftung im Bad. Nur ein kleines Fenster. Laut an der Straße im Erdgeschoss - aber mit Ohrstöpseln hat es gut gepasst. Keine Möglichkeit um Badesachen zu trocknen.

Great location and good value for money. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, but it would be great to also have some sugar, paper towels, and aluminum foil or cling wrap available.
The windows lack shutters or curtains for privacy, which is a bit uncomfortable since they face the bed directly. Additionally, the boiler switch is not labeled, and the water heater never filled past the halfway mark. As a result, hot water ran out quickly, which is quite inconvenient for washing long hair.
