The rental section of this property was very nice, and very clean. As we didn’t have a vehicle it was only about a 10 minute walk to the sky train station.
The suite we rented had a vent in the ceiling through which we could hear upstairs residents (not sure if permanent or rental). At only 8:30 pm I had to email owner about noise from upstairs. While it was taken care of immediately (thank you!) it happened again around 3:30 a.m.

Convenient. Good service and community with owner. Had everything we needed for a brief stay.
Could use a few repairs and updates, but overall it was fine.

Clean shared bathroom and shared space like the living room
Room very small, room and interior in poor condition, wet stains on the ceiling, little privacy due to bad sound insulation to neighbor rooms, door to bedroom broken, was hard to close and open.
